As a transformational coach, she desires to guide and support individuals in goal-setting and personal growth. Tawanna understands that getting started is one of the hardest parts of setting goals.
She will provide you with suggested tools to use to help achieve your desired destination, by focusing on the actions necessary to take control of your future. By taking control of your future, you learn to guard your heart, protect your peace, and own your space.
She enjoys teaching Vision Board Parties. She has found that attendees tend to enjoy sharing their dreams in a fun and open setting. Her Business Bootcamp and the LME Academy (Little Miss Entrepreneur) are other ways she has connected clients and their parents. She is creating a “Pivot With Purpose” program for ladies to empower them to MOVE forward in their Purpose. She desires to motivate and empower young girls as well as women to live out their God-given talents and abilities, which is a driving force in her life. She will help you dive into what it takes to reach your dreams, visions, and purpose. If you do not know your purpose, follow your passion, which oftentimes will lead you to your purpose.

Over the years, I have served on the board of The Sister’s Ministry, a multicultural ministry of excellence that strengthens empowers, and inspires God's women individually & collectively through prayer and powerful ministry events. I have served as the Director of the Youth and Young Adult Ministry as well as the Director of the Women’s Ministry.
I graduated from High School in 1982. Forty years later I received my Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication from Purdue University Global. This goes to show that it is never too late to go after your dreams. I plan to use the knowledge and skills obtained to add to another passion of mine which is transformational and motivational speaking. Telling my story is therapy for me and I’ve been told, empowering for others.
Spending time with my family and friends, reading a good book on a rainy day, or watching a sappy Hallmark movie are things I enjoy doing in my free time.
One of my favorite quotes is by Priscilla Shire’s. She wrote in her book, “The Resolution of Women” (The life you’re renovating has far too much God-given potential for you to plant its roots in something so menial. Dig deep and lean into the truth - the truth of who you are and what He’s created you to offer the world -and then orbit your life around that steadfast knowledge.)
